Where are Freenote Cloth garments manufactured?
All of our products are proudly designed and manufactured in the United States, utilizing the finest hardware and fabrics sourced from global partners in Japan and the USA.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain limited-edition releases may be final sale.
Do you offer hemming services for denim?
Yes, we offer complimentary chainstitch hemming on all full-price denim purchases. Please specify your desired inseam in the order notes, but keep in mind that hemmed jeans are non-returnable.
How should I care for my raw denim?
To preserve the life and character of your raw denim, we recommend wearing them as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash cold with a gentle detergent and hang to dry.
